At your scheduled time, an AI assistant calls your phone over a real telephony line — no internet or open app required.

Complete the task

Talk to the assistant and finish the task to end the call. Each call costs a few credits you buy in the app.

This Privacy Policy explains how Mornix ("Mornix", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the Mornix mobile app and this website. Mornix is currently available to users in the United States and Türkiye.

1. Information we collect

Phone number	To create your account and sign you in via a one-time code (OTP), and to place your calls.
Name	To personalize the app and address you by name during calls. You provide this during onboarding.
Language & time zone	To show the app in your language and schedule calls at the correct local time.
Alarm settings	Your alarm times, repeat days, chosen task, voice, and personality — needed to run the service.
Call history & outcomes	Records of placed calls (answered / missed, timestamps, credits used) shown in your history.
Credits & purchases	Your credit balance and in-app purchase records, processed through RevenueCat and the app stores.
Push notification tokens	Device tokens used to send you missed-call and low-balance notifications (only if you allow them).
Voice interaction	What you say during a call is processed in real time to run the conversation and detect that you completed the task.

2. How we use your data

To provide the core service: scheduling and placing your calls.
To authenticate you and secure your account.
To process credit purchases and subscriptions.
To send you service notifications you've opted into.
To operate, debug, and improve the app's reliability.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

3. Service providers we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what's necessary with the processors that make the service work:

Google Firebase — authentication, database, cloud functions, and push messaging.
Cloudflare — scheduling and backend infrastructure.
Vapi, Telnyx, Deepgram, and ElevenLabs — to place the call and power the AI voice conversation (telephony, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech).
RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play — to process in-app purchases.
Expo with Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM) — to deliver push notifications.

4. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Call history and logs are retained to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for support and fraud prevention. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in the Support section.

6. Children

Mornix is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

1. The service

Mornix is a credit-based alarm app that places AI-assisted phone calls at your chosen times. By using Mornix, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Credits & purchases

Calls are paid for with credits. Credits and subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable store's policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including entering phone numbers you don't control, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Service availability

Calls depend on telephony carriers and third-party providers. While we work to make calls reliable, we cannot guarantee that every call is delivered on time or at all, and Mornix should not be relied upon as the sole safeguard for time-critical needs.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mornix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
